i used the the floor plans and the elevations on that guys website to help guide me for the 2 missing elevations. i couldnt find any thing else either.
the other two elevations are pretty much the same thing mirrored with different facade configuration. you can use the images of the elevations scanned from a book that appear in the Power Point Presentation you get by going to the second link. You can see the different arrangements there.
